GOD:IF SOMEONE HAD A GUN HELD IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE AND ASKED YOU IF YOU BELIEVED IN GOD, WHAT WOULD YOU DO? SAY NO AND FEEL ASHAMED THE REST OF YOUR LIFE? OR SAY YES, I DO, AND DIE STANDING UP FOR GOD? IF YOU'D SAY NO, THEN DELETE THIS E-MAIL. IF YOU WOULD SAY YES, AND STAND UP FOR JESUS CHRIST, PLEASE READ THIS AND PASS ON. Note: This is a true article that was printed in a southern newspaper less than a year ago TAKE A DEEP BREATH BEFORE READING THIS There was an atheist couple who had a child. The couple never told their daughter anything about the Lord. One night when the little girl was 5 years old, the parents fought with each other and the Dad shot the Mom, right in front of the child. Then, the dad shot himself! The little girl watched it all. She then was sent to a foster home. The foster mother was a Christian and took the child to church. On the first day of Sunday School, the foster mother told the teacher that the girl had never heard of Jesus, and to have patience with her. The teacher held up a picture of Jesus and said, "Does anyone know who this is?" The little girl said, "I do, that's the man who was holding me the night my parents died." If you believe this little girl is telling the truth that even though she had never heard of Jesus, he still held her the night her parents died, then you will forward this to as many people as you can. Or you can delete it as if it never touched your heart. Funny, isn't it? Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell. Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says. Funny how everyone wants to go to heaven provided they do not have to believe, think, say, or do anything the Bible says. (Or is it scary?) Funny how someone can say "I believe in God" but still follow Satan (who, by the way, also "believes" in God). Funny how you can send a thousand 'jokes' through e-mail and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing. Funny how the lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene pass freely through cyberspace, but the public discussion of Jesus is suppressed in the school and workplace. Funny how someone can be so fired up for Christ on Sunday, but be an invisible Christian the rest of the week. (Are you laughing?) Funny how when you go to forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it to them.

Funny how I can be more worried about what other people think of me than what God thinks of me. (Are you thinking?) Pass this on only if you mean it. Yes, I do Love God

A Touching Christmas Story
> On the last day before Christmas, I hurried to go to the supermarket
> to buy the gifts I didn't manage to buy earlier. When I saw all the
> people there, I started to complain to myself: 'It is going to take
> forever here and I still have so many other places to go...'
>
> Christmas really is getting more and more annoying every year.
>How I wish I could just lie down, go to sleep and only wake up after
> it. Nonetheless, I made my way to the toy section, and there I
> started to curse the prices, wondering if kids really play with such
> expensive toys.
>
>
> While looking in the toy section, I noticed a small boy of about 5 years old, pressing a doll against his chest.
>He kept on touching the hair of the doll and looked so sad. I
>wondered who this doll was for.
>
>Then the little boy turned to the old woman next to him: 'Granny,
>are you sure I don't have enough money?'
>The old lady replied: 'You know that you don't have enough money
>to buy this doll, my dear.' Then she asked him to stay here for 5
>minutes while she went to look around. She left quickly. The little boy was still holding
>the doll in his hand. Finally, I started to walk towards him and asked who he wanted to
>give this doll to.
>
>'It is the doll that my sister loved most and wanted so much for this
>Christmas. She was so sure that Santa Claus would bring it to her.'
>I replied to him that maybe Santa Claus will bring it to her, after
>all, and not to worry. But he replied to me sadly. 'No, Santa
>Claus can not bring it to her where she is now. I have to give the doll to
>my mother so that she can give it to her when she goes there.' His
>eyes were so sad while saying this.
>
>'My sister has gone to be with God. Daddy say that Mummy will
>also go to see God very soon, so I thought that she could bring the
>doll with her to give it to my sister'.
>
>
>
>My heart nearly stopped.
>
>The little boy looked up at me and said: 'I told daddy to tell mummy
>not to go yet. I asked him to wait until I come back from the
>supermarket' Then he showed me a very nice photo of him where he was
>laughing. He then told me: 'I also want mummy to take this photo
>with her so that she will not forget me.'
>
>I love my mummy and I wish she doesn't have to leave me but
>daddy says that she has to go to be with my little sister'
>then he looked again at the doll with sad eyes, very quietly.
>
>I quickly reached for my wallet and took a few notes and said to the
>boy. 'What if we checked again, just in case if u have enough
>money?'
>
>'Ok' he said. 'I hope that I have enough.'
> I added some of my money to his without him seeing and we
>started to count it. There was enough for the doll, and even some
>spare money. The little boy said: 'Thank you God for giving me enough money'
>then he looked at me and added: 'I asked yesterday before I slept
>for God to make sure I have enough money to buy this doll so that
>mummy can give it to my sister. He heard me' 'I also wanted to
>have enough money to buy a white rose for my mummy, but I didn't
>dare to ask God too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll
>and the white rose.'
>
>'You know, my mummy loves white rose'>
>
>A few minutes later, the old lady came again and I left with my
>trolley. I finished my shopping in a totally different state from whenI
>started. I couldn't get the little boy out of my mind. Then I remembered a
>local newspaper article 2 days ago, which mentioned of a drunk
>man in a truck who hit a car where there was one young lady and a
>little girl.
>
>The little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a
>critical state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on
>the life-assisting machine, because the young lady would not be
>able to get out of the coma. Was this the family of the little boy?
>
>Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the
>newspaper that the young lady had passed away.
>
>I couldn't stop myself and went to buy a bunch of white roses and I
>went to the mortuary where the body of the young woman was
>exposed for people to see and make last wish before burial.
>She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her
>hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her
>chest. I left the place crying, feeling that my life had been
>changedforever.
>
>The love that this little boy had for his mother and his sister is
>still, to that day, hard to imagine. And in a fraction of a
>second, a drunk man had taken all this away from him.
> Now you have 2 choices:
> 1) Send this message to everybody that you know.
> 2) Or delete it and do as if it never touched your heart.
>
>If you send this message, maybe you will help prevent someone
>drunk to go driving.

>The Power of WORDS
>
>Author unknown
>A group of frogs was traveling through the woods, and
>two of them fell into a deep pit. All the other frogs
>gathered around the pit. When they saw how deep the
>pit was, they told the unfortunate frogs they would
>never get out. The two frogs ignored the comments and
>tried to jump up out of the pit.
>
>The other frogs kept telling them to stop, that they
>were as good as dead. Finally, one of the frogs took
>heed to what the other frogs were saying and simply
>gave up. He fell down and died. The other frog
>continued to jump as hard as he could.
>
>Once again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop
>the pain and suffering and just die. He jumped even
>harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the
>other frogs asked him,
>
>"Why did you continue jumping? Didn't you hear us?"
>
>The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He
>thought they were encouraging him the entire time.
>
>This story teaches two lessons:
> There is power of life and death in the tongue. An
>encouraging word to someone who is down can lift them
>up and help them make it through the day.
> A destructive word to someone who is down can be
>what it takes to kill them. Be careful of what you
>say. Speak life to those who cross your path.
>
>The power of words...it is sometimes hard to
>understand that an encouraging word can go such a long
>way. Anyone can speak words that tend to rob another
>of the spirit to continue in difficult times. Special
>is the individual who will take the time to encourage
>another. Be special to others.
>
>Send this to someone you like.

GREATEST WISH When the Lord opened a window to Heaven, he saw me, and he asked: My child, what is your greatest wish for today? I responded: "Lord please, take care of the person who is reading this message, their family and their special friends. They deserve it and I love them very much".The love of God is like the ocean, you can see its beginnings but not its end. This message works on the day you receive it. To some it may sound dumb, but the person who sent this to me was impressed with the time. Let us see if it is true. ANGELS EXIT, but some times, since they don't all have wings we call them FRIENDS, SUCH AS YOU.

IS THIS POSSIBLE!I think YESThere came a frantic knockAt the doctor's office door,A knock, more urgent thanhe had ever heard before."Come in, Come in,"the impatient doctor said,"Come in, Come in,before you wake the dead."In walked a frightened little girl,a child no more than nine,It was plain for all to see,she had troubles on her mind."Oh doctor, I beg you, please come with me,My mother is surely dying, she's as sick as she can be.""I don't make house calls, bring your mother here,""But she's too sick,so you must come or she will die I fear."The doctor, touched by her devotion, decided he would go,She said he would be blessed, more than he could know. She led him to her housewhere her mother lay in bed,Her mother was so very sickshe couldn't raise her head. But her eyes cried out for helpand help her the doctor did,She would have died that very nighthad it not been for her kid.The doctor got her fever downand she lived through the night,And morning brought the doctor signs, that she would be all right. The doctor said he had to leavebut would return again by two,And later he came back to check, just like he said he'd do.The mother praised the doctorfor all the things he'd done,He told her she would have died, were it not for her little one."How proud you must beof your wonderful little girl,It was her pleading that made me come, she is really quite a pearl!"But doctor, my daughter diedover three years ago,Is the picture on the wallof the little girl you know?"The doctors legs went limpfor the picture on the wall,Was the same little girlfor whom he'd made this call. The doctor stood motionless, for quite a little while,And then his solemn face, was broken by his smile. He was thinking of that frantic knockheard at his office door,And of the beautiful little angelthat had walked across his floor.Share the Blessing of HeavenlyLove! If this E-mail meant nothing toyou, you may go ahead and delete itbecause you will not receive bad luckonly a smaller, misshaped heart. But if you shared the same emotions as I,then send it to all who will care. And as you send it to each person, your heart will grow bigger and stronger.Don't give up five minutes before the miraclehappens!

But I tell you the truth: It is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. -John 16:7
"I’ve found that most Christians seem to think the first time the Holy Spirit did much of anything was after Jesus died and rose again. That’s not true. The Holy Spirit has been at work ever since the beginning of time. When God said “Light be!” the Spirit dove into action and slung this universe into being. He was there just waiting to create. The Holy Spirit is the muscle of God. Every time power shows up in the Bible, you can be sure the Holy Spirit is there. When the Holy Spirit came on Samson, he single-handedly killed a thousand Philistine soldiers (Judges 15:14-16). He was just an ordinary man who became extraordinary when the Holy Spirit came on him.The prophet Elijah was the same way. He was just as normal as you or me. When the Holy Spirit came on him, Elijah was a powerhouse. He once called down fire from heaven, killed 450 prophets of Baal, and outran the king’s horse-drawn chariot. He did it all in one day (1 Kings 18-19).Now don’t get the idea, however, that the Holy Spirit is simply a mindless source of raw power. Far from it! When He moves in on a situation, He does it with vast wisdom.“Well then, why hasn’t He helped me before now?” you say. “I’ve needed it!”He’s been waiting for you to give Him something to work with. He’s been waiting there inside you, waiting for you to speak God’s promises in faith. That’s been His role since the beginning—to move on God’s Word and deliver the power necessary to make that Word happen. That’s what He did at Creation...and that’s what He is there to do for you.Become aware that the Holy Spirit is within you. Stop spending your time thinking about the problems you’re facing and start spending it thinking about the power of the One inside you. Release the muscle of God to work for you!"

Innocence replaced by mistrust, you thought you were smart

Innocence disappears like dew in the sun
Innocence faded before it’s begun

Innocence obscured like a cloud over the moon
Innocence ripped away too soon
